Pranav YogaDhama

Pranava YogaDhama was established in 2000 in the city of Mysore which already has a tradition of yoga teachers, with the aim of Promotion of Positive Health for all Through Yoga. Pranava means OM the mystical or sacred syllable. OM represents all the three aspects of God- creator, sustainer, and destroyer. OM represents the ultimate truth. Dhama means home or place.

Our center caters to all levels of yoga students beginners intermediatery and advanced students and also both international students and local ones. We have a professional and integrated approach to yoga. Our center enables our students to learn yoga through practice and theory and by providing various facilities.

Our center integrates the philosophy and practice of so many traditional, scientific and renowned schools of Yoga like Kaivalyadham; Bihar school of yoga; Vivekanada Kendra yoga research foundation; Dhiredra Bramachari's school of yoga; Malladihalli school of yoga; Aurobindo's integrated yoga.

Our center has spirituality as a base and is scientific in its approach.
