Our Teacher's Training Programs (Yoga TTC) are now registered with Yoga Alliance (USA). This will help graduates from our institution's teachers training programs to register with Yoga Alliance.

Intensive Teacher's Training Course at Mysore
Total hours of practice -200 hrs
Duration - 4 weeks
Daily two sessions of asanas and a session of pranayama meditation and theory each.

Those who would like to teach yoga should go for this course. This course covers all aspects of yogic sciences.

Asanas, pranayama, meditation, kriyas / shatkarmas
Special techniques, and applied yogic science
Philosophy with the sutras of Astanga Yoga of Patanjali
Theory of Anatomy and Physiology
Teaching methodology / practicise -5 to 10 classes of teaching practice are included in this course
Examinations will be conducted to test the abilities of the student

Yoga Therapy Instructor Course
Total hours of practice -300 hrs
Duration- 6 to 8 weeks
Daily two sessions of asanas and a session of pranayama meditation and theory

This course is for those wanting to teach applied yogic sciences to yoga students with ailments and treat them with Integrated Yoga Therapy. It covers the above Intensive Classical Ashtanga Yoga Course, the Intensive Teachers Training Course and then yoga therapy course, which is based on
1. Panchakosha Theory
2. Panchaprana Theory
3. Evolution Theory
4. Tridosha Theory

First a full teachers training course in yoga would have to be completed, and then additional training will be given for yoga therapy. Hence this course will take 4 months to 6 months of intensive(three sessions a day) training.
